The CPC has a unique team composed of experts from various jurisdictions, Canada’s best, who combine their efforts to the design/ delivery of leading edge programs that advance the professionalization of policing. It is composed of three categories of employees: police officers from Canadian law enforcement agencies, civilian subject matter experts and Government of Canada Public Service Employees.

Our secondment program

The CPC's Secondment Program offers the opportunity for police officers and civilian subject matter experts from the law enforcement community (federal, provincial and municipal agencies) to work for a specific period of two-three years in various disciplines, typically as instructor/facilitator or subject matter expert in a specific field in support of the College’s integrated learning environment.
