The Canadian Police College’s (CPC) Leadership Development Centre is positioned to deliver specialized police leadership training to law enforcement personnel at all ranks and levels. It has established comprehensive police leadership development programs to equip functional managers and police executives with the specialized transformational leadership skills to drive enhanced performance and thrive in a challenging environment of advanced decision making.
