The CPC announces a partnership with the RCMP to share the Youth Officer Resource Centre web site with other police agencies

The CPC is pleased to announce a new partnership with the Community, Contract and Aboriginal Police Services Branch of the RCMP.  This partnership will enable the material of the Youth Officer Resource Centre (YORC) to be shared with other Canadian police agencies. 

The YORC material can be found on the CPC Member’s Area.  This unique area of the CPC web site is accessed by the internet protocol (IP) address of your service or agency’s internet server or firewall.

Please send the following information to the CPC at cpc-ccp@rcmp-grc.gc.ca to establish your agency’s access to the Member’s area:

• the name of your Canadian police service, Canadian government department or agency
• your full name
• your telephone number
• your work location
• your firewall or gateway IP
• any other range of IP addresses you may be using

(Please note it may take up to 48 hours to add your information to the access list.)

All IP addresses will be used for the “CPC Members area” only and will not be distributed or shared with any other department or agency.

In addition to the YORC web site, the Members’ area will contain open source research links (provided by the CPC Library), the CPC course schedule and CPC merchandise order information.
